• Conducting recruitment, selection, and new hire processes, ensuring that PMP attracts and retains high calibre candidates. • Facilitating newcomers joining formalities • Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly • Handling a monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees • To monitor and manage absenteeism, probation periods, annual leave and hours of work including administration of a time management database. • Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations. • Review, update and maintain proper employee’s medical insurance policies. • Ensure smooth implementation and enforcement of Company’s rules and regulation and policies. • Responsible for full scope of general administration functions of the company, includes agreement, permits, licenses, insurances, maintenance etc. • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents and HR records • Manage employee relations issues and advise Management on disciplinary matters, staff counselling and grievances, termination, and other employee related issues in compliance with the employment act or industrial relations act. • Implement HR operational and engagement initiatives to support HR plans and strategies. • Manage and initiate employee engagement activities to develop positive working relationship and improve employee experience. • To prepare a training plan based on Gap Analysis according to ISO procedure. • To ensure the training is being carried out as per training plan. • Coordinate training sessions or training for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties. • To provide support and guidance to the management team in all aspects of HR regarding team management, including but not limited to recruitment, company policies and procedures, training, and employee relations. • To comply with ISO 9001, requirement and standard in HR management. • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by superior.
