ADMIN ISO 1. Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards. 2. Update and revise ISO documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions. 3. Plan and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards. 4. Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization. 5. Manage QMS documentation, ensuring proper version control, review, and distribution. 6. Maintain document accessibility for all relevant personnel. 7. Act as the primary contact for external certification bodies. 8. Coordinate with internal departments to gather evidence and documentation for audits. 9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality objectives. LICENSING 1. Prepare licensing applications for all company. Existing trading license to be extended. (EBSB, EDSB, ESSB & MY Kopitiam) 2. To monitor construction licensing such as Pukonsa, CIDB, SESB, Suruhanjaya, TM, PMS, Petronas license, etc. 3. Manage all licensing applications, compliances and deadlines, yearly renewals 4. Maintain accurate records of all licenses held by the company and its affiliates 5. To prepare a Monitoring & Tracking record for all company construction licensing TENDERING 1. Contribute to the development and implementation of all rules and procedures governing tendering processes ensuring compliance with internal and organizational controls and regulations. 2. Actively involve in handling tender process from the pre-qualification stage through to the final bid submission. 3. Collates and ensures proper documentation within the tendering process. 4. Coordinates the preparation and submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other tender documents that are responsive to client requirements and in compliance with company objectives are completed in a timely manner. 5. Prepares regular status reports on ongoing tendering and evaluation activities undertaken by the company.
