Job Description Managing office inventory and working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of office materials Setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, distributing reports and managing the correspondence between the office and external bodies Compiling and maintaining records of office business transactions Operating office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines and multimedia instruments Handle all company’s regulatory matters and keep well record and update Handle foreign workers matters including renew permit & passport etc Able to work independent and teamwork Control, update and record all company’s asset in system Have knowledge in Sirim ISO 9001:2015 is advantages Handle all administration tasks in office Job Requirement At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent. Candidate is mandatory to possess with license B2/D Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English Computer literate: MS office and excel Immediate report duty is preferred Willing to learn and skill exposure Working location: Bandar Kinrara, Puchong
