We are looking for an Executive, Administration to join our team and support our daily office and administrative procedures. He/she will be assisting the Administration Manager to act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their questions and issues. Main duties include managing office stationery, 1st filter on claims expenses such as parking and telephone expenses by staff, liaison with external vendors on managing physical assets and acting as the handyman where required. If you have previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role, we would like to meet you. Added advantage is working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools. Ultimately, you should be customer centric to ensure that the administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long term basis. REQUIREMENTS • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role • Solid knowledge of office procedures • Experience with MS Office (MS Excel & MS Word) • Attention to details • Diploma or equivalent. Good SPM will be considered.
