Technician, Mechanical (Penang)

Responsibilities • Key contact point to any complaint that relates to HVAC Systems mainly in Mechanical Services by end-user or client. • Conduct routine Inspections and planned preventive maintenance for Mechanical Services in the HVAC System as scheduled. • Assist with any breakdown or corrective maintenance for Mechanical Services in the HVAC System when required. • Assist Building Leader with day-to-day operation matters. • Assist any other team as and when required. • Assist other maintenance teams when needed. • Supervise services contractor as and when required. • Cooperate with vendor and client for operations matters. • All other duties are assigned from time to time by the supervisor and/or company. Requirements • Mechanical certificate mainly in HVAC system • 1-3 years of experience in facility or maintenance management in a commercial building, plant, or factory.
