WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You will be based in Pusat Rehabilitasi PERKESO Tun Abdul Razak, Melaka working closely with Disability Management. WHAT YOU’LL DO 1. Help develop case management and disability management strategies to improve the patient's chances of recovery and return to work. 2. Cooperate with other rehabilitation teams such as doctors, nurses, occupational therapists (PT), occupational therapists (OT), patient families, patient employers and relevant stakeholders to optimize the patient's rehabilitation process. 3. Ensure the patient's recovery period is optimal and in line with the patient's level of disability. 4. Ensure that the patient gets all the services or equipment needed to launch the patient's recovery process. REQUIRED QUALITIES: Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field. Good Interpersonal, Good communication skill, Computer Literate. Ability to organize and prioritize work Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Priority is given to candidates with working experience in Disability Management, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Administrative, Marketing or Return to Work Programme Preferably Senior Manager with Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP) specialized in Return to Work, Case Management and Social & Counselling Service or equivalent. MINIMUM BASIC SALARY RM2200
