Monitor production processes and identify any issues or malfunctions. Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor or maintenance team. Maintenance and Cleaning: Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, including lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs. Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain). Follow maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
