Job Description:

Wecome Pte Ltd is seeking a capable and proactive Customer Service and Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still contributing effectively to our operations. Your primary duties will include:

  • Customer Service Management: Handle customer service inquiries and issues efficiently and promptly, ensuring satisfaction and resolution of all queries.
  • Database Maintenance: Create and maintain in-house records and databases involving merchants, customers, and financial data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Daily Liaison: Coordinate with merchants, the delivery team, and users on order matters daily, facilitating smooth operations.
  • Sales and Onboarding Support: Assist the sales team with the onboarding process for new merchants and collaborate with the operations team to address existing merchant requests.
  • Ad-Hoc Assistance: Provide support to colleagues with ad-hoc tasks as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
  • Requirements:

    • Detail-oriented with a positive thinking and proactive service attitude.
    • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills in the English/Chinese communication environment.
    • Ability to start work immediately or on short notice.
