- Coordinate and manage training courses either Online or Face to Face in major Hotels in Kuala Lumpur.
- Opportunity to represent the company to communicate & interact with corporate clients from all levels during the course.
- Provide administrative and event support from planning stage right until the end of the course.
- Will be dealing with the Hotels representative very closely for meeting rooms reservations & planning.
- CommunAhicating with Course Leaders/Trainers to make sure smooth arrangement during the course day.
- Maintain registration records as well as administrative enquiries for the training courses.
- Dealing, planning & negotiating with suppliers for course materials, office supplies and travel arrangements.
- Degree or Diploma in any field.
- Preferably with 1-2-year experience in Administration / Hospitality industry is an added advantage.
- Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Computer literate in all major softwares. (Incl. MS Office- Excel, Powerpoint, Words, ZOOM etc).
- Ability to communicate with people of all levels of management comfortably and concisely Ability to work under pressure and multitask with tight deadlines
- Possess Initiative and ability to work independently.
- A strong team player with excellent communication and people skill.
