Procurement Executive

• Identify and source products, services, and equipment needed for the organization. Conduct market research to find suppliers and ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standard.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Evaluate vendor performance based on price, quality, reliability, and delivery times.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers to secure the best deals for the organization.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring that all procurement procedures comply with company policies. Track order to ensure timely delivery.
• Work with the inventory management team to ensure that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels and avoid overstocking or stockout.
• Analyze procurement costs and develop strategies to reduce overall spending. Assist in budgeting and forecasting for procurement needs.
• Evaluate suppliers on their ability to meet quality standards, delivery schedules and service expectation. Perform regular assessments to ensure continued suitability.

• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin as our vendors are China based.
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent.
• No working experience needed but will be an advantage.
• Required skill(s): MS Office & Google Docs
• Possess good communication & negotiation skills.
• Pro-active and detail-oriented working attitude is required.
