Responsibilities: · To Adhere and enforce safety rules and procedures by adopting ensure established safety code and practices and regulatory requirements to all employees working in Safe & Sound environment. · Assist and enforce safety rules, regulations, procedures and related regulatory requirement. · Supervised and monitor the security service provider's work force and services as in compliance with the contract of service. · Supervised and conduct training for security staff and security provider's work force. · Supervised and monitor for Security project and improvement. · To take charge and lead Security Section in any emergency case. · Conduct Security Patrolling at all responsible area either ISBL or OSBL. · Conduct spot-check at all access point. · Maintain record keeping system and control procedures for security. · Plan and coordinates for spot checks and inspection to all Security Post and Security service provider's deployment. · Supervised and implement security audit into security equipment, document and log upon instruct by superior. · Conduct an investigation on any security incident. · Coordinate a trouble shooting, maintenance and repairing work for security equipment i.e. CCTV, Walkie-Talkie, Automatic Gate/Barrier, Weighbridge. · Managed and monitor smooth operation of CCTV surveillance. · To Managed and controlled the efficiency of weighbridge operation. · To perform other task related to security administration and operation from time to time. Qualifications: · Bachelor Degree in any relevance field. · Minimum 3 years of experience in a security or law enforcement role. · Possess valid security management certification is a plus. · Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving & decision-making skills. · Strong & good knowledge of security regulations & standards, security best practices, policies, and procedures. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure / emergency situations. · Experience in security investigation is advantage · Experience with security systems and technology. · Experience in coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management software. · Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. · Proficiency in using security equipment and systems, such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
