Responsibilities • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests • Update internal databases with new hire information • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies • Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days • Publish and remove job ads • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed • Develop training and onboarding material • Respond to employees' questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they're eligible for) • Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events. • Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.). • Communicating with recruiters and other external parties. • Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance. • Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries. • Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.
