Commis II (Alice Smith International School, Equine Park)

Our company is looking for a Commis II to join our Petite Café team. - Contribute to Kitchen revenue through effective food cost control - Ensure consistent great food production, in line with the high quality standards expected by Petite Café. - Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. - Prepare all mis-en-place for all relevant menus. - Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships. - Prepare and present high quality dishes within company guidelines.
