Responsibility: • Deliver to the Quarterly Quota assigned for Revenue and Margin and any other metrics outlined as per the sales plan. • Develop an appropriate sales pipeline by building and maintaining strong customer relationships. • Proactive calling into identified prospects and installing base accounts to achieve revenue targets. • Maintain current and accurate account and pipeline information and contact information within D365. • Conduct weekly forecasting - know units shipped and to come, status, decision-makers and next steps in closing opportunities. • Drive incremental 3X3 revenue – Options, Services, Visuals. • Comprehend customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and recommendations. • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical support, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction. • Provide regular reports and updates to sales management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback Job Requirements: • A strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals. Used to deliver outstanding results under pressure. • Strong customer relationship building skills • Advanced skills in MS-Office, Outlook and Customer Relationship Software • Self driven, goal-oriented, high level of flexibility and self-reliance. Must have the ability to perform independently. • Proficient in verbal and written communication in English and Thai. • Presentation skill is an advantage.
