Key Responsibilities: Kitchen Assistance: 1. Assist in basic food preparation and ensure cleanliness of kitchen tools and utensils. 2. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste. 3. Support kitchen staff during peak hours with duties such as ingredient preparation and simple cooking tasks. Delivery and Transportation: 1. Safely operate and maintain the company lorry to transport goods and ingredients between outlets, or storage facilities. 2. Load and unload items efficiently to avoid damage or delays. 3. Ensure all items are delivered on time and in good condition. Inventory Support: 1. Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing stock deliveries in the kitchen and storage areas. 2. Inform the supervisor of any shortages or issues with deliveries. Maintenance and Safety: 1. Conduct routine checks on the lorry to ensure it is in good working condition (e.g., fuel levels, tire pressure, cleanliness). 2. Follow road safety regulations and company policies during transportation tasks. 3. Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle malfunctions promptly. Requirements: 1. Possess a valid vocational or class D driving license for lorry operation. 2. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required. 3. Physically fit to handle heavy lifting and perform demanding kitchen tasks. 4. Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a team. 5.
