- Estimate and prepare cost assessments for project materials in collaboration.
- Calculate costs and pricing for construction projects based on drawings, client requirements, and suplier pricing, and prepare detailed quotations.
- Attend site valuation, site measurement and regular meetings when necessary.
- Assist in preparing monthly progress claims, progress reports and variation orders.
- Responsible for filing and other documentations management.
- Language(s) required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in computer skills, ie Microsoft Office & AutoCAD.
- Basic understanding of construction documents and costing principles.
- Self-motivated person and able to work independently.
- Skill(s) required: Quantity Takeoff, Cost Control, Contract Management and Risk Management.
