- -Experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the food and beverage industry -Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. -Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. -Knowledge of cafe operations, food safety regulations, and inventory management. -Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude. -Proficiency in using cafe management software, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office. -Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
