RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other documents. - Support recruitment by coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. - Assist with payroll, benefits, attendance, and leave tracking. - Ensure HR practices follow local labor laws, including the Sabah Labour Ordinance. - Handle HR-related inquiries, meetings, and office supplies. - Support workplace safety policies and incident reporting. - Track leave requests and maintain accurate records. - Organize training sessions and keep training records up to date. - Draft and manage HR memos, meeting notes, and letters. - Assist in drafting and updating HR policies.
