Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies to build and strengthen the company’s brand and market presence.

• Drive creative ideation for campaigns across digital, social, print, and event channels.

• Ability to drive clear and compelling consumer insights to drive meaningful communications across all business functions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, HR) to align communications with business objectives.

Content Development:

• Lead the creation of compelling content for a variety of platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, press releases, newsletters, and sales collateral.

• Oversee content strategy and tone of voice to ensure consistency across all communications.

Brand Management:

• Ability to drive and ensure brand messaging is consistent across all channels and strong end to end campaigns.

• Monitor brand perception and recommend strategies to improve and reinforce brand equity.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.

• Work closely with product marketing, sales, and customer service teams to support new product launches, promotions, and events.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns, using metrics to refine strategies and tactics.

• Provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and media coverage.

Crisis Communications:

• Lead communication efforts during times of crisis, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of information to internal and external stakeholders.

Budget & Resource Management:

• Manage the MarComm budget by campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to support key initiatives.

• Work with external agencies and vendors as needed to support initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

• 15+ years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, or a related field, with at least 5-8 years in a managerial role

• Proven experience in strategic communication planning, brand management, and media relations.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and impactful messages

• Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content strategy.

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Leadership and team-building capabilities

• Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, media monitoring tools)
