What you will do:

As a Sales Manager, you will lead initiatives that drive sales growth in target markets. Your primary responsibility will be to develop strategic customer relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will ensure alignment with company goals while fostering a collaborative work environment.


How you will do it:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target markets.
  • Formulate and implement an annual secured order strategy aligning with departmental objectives, with a focus on achieving year-over-year growth in your assigned region.
  • Prepare and deliver tenders and proposals, leading negotiations and bidding activities to optimize profit margins while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Generate monthly reports on secured orders and revenue milestones, providing key insights to the management team.
  • Proactively build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continual service improvement.
  • Identify customer requirements and develop robust sales leads through market research and networking
  • Lead the development and follow-up of HVAC or Controls projects, delivering comprehensive solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with Johnson Controls’ policies and procedures at all times.
  • Promote HVAC or Controls products and systems within relevant industry associations, design institutes, and integrators.


What we look for:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably Engineering, Business or relevant
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales roles related to project-based sales of equipment
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and a positive leader.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and selling skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet customer and project demands.
