Duration: 12 months

Location: SDB HQ, Wisma Golden Eagle Realty

Learning Modules as follows:

Application & Digitalization

Module 1 - Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive documentation related to application configurations, support procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Module 2 - Process Automation: Be part of project team in identifying opportunities to automate repetitive manual processes, using tools e.g. workflow
management systems.
Module 3 - Digital Tools Implementation: Supporting the rollout of digital tools and platforms to enhance business processes, ensuring that these solutions align with the organization’s goals.
Module 4 - System Integration: Assisting in integrating various digital systems to streamline operations and improve communication across departments.
Module 5 - Continuous Improvement: Identifying emerging digital trends and tools that could further optimize workflows, enhance customer experience, or increase operational efficiency.

Network Security & Governance

Module 6 - Endpoint Security Management: Learn about endpoint devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices) are protected with the latest antivirus software, encryption, and security patches to minimize entry points for attackers.
Module 7 - Incident Response Support: Learn and assist in incident response efforts by investigating network security breaches, analyzing logs, and documenting security events for post-incident reviews.
Module 8 - Policy Development and Enforcement: Assist in creating, updating, and enforcing network security policies such as password policies, acceptable use policies, and data protection policies.
