- Responsible for timely processing of payroll such as checking attendance, overtime, staff claims and leave management.
- Monitor staff confirmation and contract renewal.
- Ensure that all vehicles always have valid road tax and keep records of renewals for compliance purposes.
- Coordinate office maintenance and purchase of office general items.
- To attend to HR/Admin work related matters.
- To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc function and related duties.
