Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to promote the college's programs.
- Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and posts.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors’ activities to ensure the college remains competitive online.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, fostering a strong community presence.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to reach prospective students and partners.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively converted into enrollments.
- Prepare regular performance reports highlighting successes, challenges, and improvement plans.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education industry.
- Proficient in managing multiple social media platforms and using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
- Knowledge of paid ad campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and trends in the digital landscape.
- Experience in lead generation and funnel optimization is a significant advantage.
- Passionate about digital innovation and its role in education marketing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
