Looking for a dedicated and energetic HR Personnel to fulfil the following roles:
Responsibilities:
Talent Recruitment and Management
- Involve in an end-to-end process in regards to recruitment, selection and hiring process internally and externally.
- Identify, propose and advise hiring methods for both local and overseas recruitment.
- Ensure all approved roles are advertised internally and externally.
- Organize and participate in mass recruitment events e.g. career fairs, university fairs and etc.
- Taking on an active and creative approach to source for suitable candidates to fill in the employment gaps within the organization as well as for outsourcing to clients.
- Build, develop and maintain an in-house database for internal and external candidates.
- Liaise with Department Heads to ensure feedback is given on all CVs and interviews and record in reports accordingly.
- Assist in writing approved job specifications in line with the company requirements.
- Implement simple, accurate, and yet effective trackable resourcing records and administration processes.
- Carry out onboarding procedures of new staff including orientation & ensure seamless experience throughout the whole hiring processes.
- Monitor & control the hiring activities that within the plan budget based on operational needs & financial standards.
- To take on ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. The ability to speak in mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Detailed, careful, fast learner, well organized, good time management, and versatile.
- A team player with the capability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of employees.
- Able to work and adept in the fast-paced world of Technology
- Experience in the IT industry is an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task and utilize resources to execute tasks within a deadline-oriented environment.
