Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the Regenerative Medicine & Cancer Biotechnology industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong client relationships, excellent communication skills, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Regenerative Medicine & Cancer Biotechnology sector.

2. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

3. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

4. Identify new market opportunities and areas for growth within the Regenerative Medicine & Cancer Biotechnology industry.

5. Product Knowledge: Good knowledge in Regenerative Medicine & Cancer Biotechnology products, services, and industry trends.

6. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on offerings.

7. Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

8. Gather feedback from clients to enhance product offerings and service delivery.

9. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

10. Track sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.

11. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction.

12. Collaborate with R&D to stay updated on product innovations and enhancements.

13. Networking: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and build professional relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, , Biomedical Sciences, Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical biotech, pharmaceutical, or stem cell industries. Fresh graduate with strong enthusiasm is also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of Regenerative Medicine & Cancer Biotechnology applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
