Job Description
- -Drive and implement new credit card acquisition strategies and campaign to grow the credit card base and increase overall customer spending and active ratio of the cards portfolio -Manage and work closely with sales channels to ensure card issuance achievements are in line with KPI -Analyze the performance by sales channels for development / improvement to drive growth -Identity opportunities on credit criteria / policy to improve customer on-boarding experience and card approval -Implement credit card onboarding journey including product bundling to cross sell to other products to increase credit card penetration into the portfolio -End-to-end campaign management, development, approval communication and fulfillment -Managing online aggregator performance and review and overall reporting of acquisition performance & tracking -Track, monitor and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns for improvement and optimization.
Requirements
- -Minimum Degree holder in Business, Finance or any related fields. -Minimum 5 years of working experience within consumer/retail banking, preferably in acquisition/product/portfolio management role and/or marketing campaign. -Excellent command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. -Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point -Experience in business analysis and/or project management would be an advantage. -Able to lead and manage a team
