  • At least 3 years of working experience in the recruitment, talent development or human resources field.
  • Familiarity with job boards, social media and computer systems designed specifically for HR.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles, to hire, and retain quality candidates.
  • Work closely with line managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs.
  • Facilitate orientation training for all new joiners.
  • Administer the Performance Management System and ensure that the appraisal cycle is adhered to.
  • Execute a Learning and Development framework with emphasis in Learning Needs Analysis.
  • Assist in crafting training content using instructional design methodologies and co-facilitating in-house training and learning programs.
  • Assist in sourcing and arranging e-learning modules, external and internal training programs, workshops, seminars etc. where the need arises.
  • Carry out employee engagement programs to improve the overall employee experience.
  • Assist in executing a Total Rewards strategy framework to strengthen employee appreciation.
  • Implement a Succession Planning framework that focuses on identifying and developing successors and talent bench.
  • Drive Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability projects for community service purposes.
  • Contribute in written content relating to HR initiatives, including HR newsletter/bulletin in the most expedient form for the consumption of all employees.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM7,500.00 per month
