JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resource Development or related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the recruitment, talent development or human resources field.
- Familiarity with job boards, social media and computer systems designed specifically for HR.
- Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person).

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles, to hire, and retain quality candidates.
- Work closely with line managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs.
- Facilitate orientation training for all new joiners.
- Administer the Performance Management System and ensure that the appraisal cycle is adhered to.
- Execute a Learning and Development framework with emphasis in Learning Needs Analysis.
- Assist in crafting training content using instructional design methodologies and co-facilitating in-house training and learning programs.
- Assist in sourcing and arranging e-learning modules, external and internal training programs, workshops, seminars etc. where the need arises.
- Carry out employee engagement programs to improve the overall employee experience.
- Assist in executing a Total Rewards strategy framework to strengthen employee appreciation.
- Implement a Succession Planning framework that focuses on identifying and developing successors and talent bench.
- Drive Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability projects for community service purposes.
- Contribute in written content relating to HR initiatives, including HR newsletter/bulletin in the most expedient form for the consumption of all employees.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: Up to RM7,500.00 per month
