Inside Sales Support (Thai Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support quotation/pricing requests and manage priorities with stakeholders in an IT environment.

• Ensure high-quality, accurate, and consistent processes for sales operations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to enhance processes and performance.

• Focus on continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and developing new strategies.

• Build relationships with internal teams and contribute to process development and enhancement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

• 3-5 years of experience in inside sales or sales operations.

• Ability to handle tasks under minimal supervision.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
