We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to spearhead the promotion of our new vending machine initiative. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales for our vending machine offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Vending Machine Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to promote our vending machine offerings, targeting both existing and new customers.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify key target audiences and optimal marketing channels.
  • Define clear goals and KPIs for the vending machine marketing campaign, focusing on driving awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Content Creation & Management:
  • Create engaging and informative content for various digital platforms, highlighting the convenience, variety, and value proposition of our vending machine offerings.
  • Develop compelling visuals, videos, and written content for social media, website, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Manage and update content on the restaurant's website, blog, and social media platforms, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
  • Social Media Marketing:
  • Manage and optimize the restaurant's social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, focusing on promoting the vending machine initiative.
  • Create engaging social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user interaction and brand awareness.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Digital Advertising & Paid Media:
  • Manage and execute paid advertising campaigns across relevant platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Optimize ad campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance data to refine targeting and messaging.
  • Email Marketing & CRM:
  • Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to promote vending machine offerings and drive customer loyalty.
  • Utilize CRM tools to segment customer lists and personalize email communications.
  • Track email campaign performance metrics and optimize for higher open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Website Optimization & Analytics:
  • Ensure the restaurant's website is optimized for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX).
  • Implement tracking codes and analytics tools to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversions.
  • Analyze website data to identify areas for improvement and optimize website performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,586.59 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
