  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Responsible for project planning in residential and commercial property construction from planning stage to obtaining certificate of completion and compliance.
  • Responsible for liaising with project stakeholders on the construction site, drawing reviews and technical matters.
  • Liaising with consultants, vendors, authorities, relevant parties on matters related to project implementation.
  • Monitoring construction progress to ensure timely completion according to approved drawings specifications.
  • Tracking and reporting of project progress, including stage billings, site progress, cost, and budget monitoring.
  • Organising and attending consultant meeting, site meeting, and authorities meeting.
  • Performing any other duties related to project administration as assigned by Project Department and superior.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Construction Management/ Project Development or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in property development, particularly in residential project and commercial project.
  • Having completed one project cycle is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational skill and able to multi-task.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Able to write and converse proficiently in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Possess own transportation and able to travel as and when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Expected Start Date: 01/01/2025
