To run all aspect of the day to day cafe store operation, include but not limited to the below:-

- achieve daily / monthly sales target
- maintain the cleanliness and upkeeping the cafe store
- makes, serve and provide best coffee experience
- order processing from order taking, serving to POS, payment & cleaning
- stock taking, replenishment & inventory management
- responsible for improvement project on conducting workshop, new menu development
- consistently upkeeping our brand presence both in daily operation & social media
- work as a team and cross-train with team member from time to time

Requirements (MUST):-
- Result oriented,
- Can work independently & responsibly
- Team player

Requirements (BASIC):-
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Pleasant, positive & responsible person
- Able & experience in working with a dynamic team
- Good communication & interpersonal skill

Requirements (PLUS):-
- Able to brew a good cup of filter coffee
- Experience in running a coffee focus bar/kiosk efficiently
- Knowledge in Specialty Coffee & always keeping tab on the latest trend/development in Specialty Coffee
- Able to establish brewing recipe for various single origin/brewing method
