About the Role.

This role required providing truly customer centric service and market leading health services is incorporated in VEALTHME. Hence it is imperative that this job role provides support in terms of effectively managing the expectations of clients to improve customer satisfaction and retention as well as drive vealth.me's ambitious revenue and profit growth targets.

As Operation Executive in Operation department your primary responsibilities will include:

Client Coordination : Regularly align and communicate with clients to ensure their needs and requirements are met.

Test Arrangements : Organize and schedule tests, ensuring all necessary preparations are made in a timely manner.

Document Dispatch : Send required documents to the dispatch team for processing and delivery.

Document Reception : Receive documents from dispatch and ensure they are promptly forwarded to clients.

Post-Test Updates : Provide timely updates to clients regarding test results and any other relevant information.

Client Feedback : Collect and share client feedback with relevant teams to ensure continuous improvement.

About You.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor graduate in Business Administration; Operations Management or any relevant field.
  • Has a strong work ethic, proactive, goal-oriented, responsible, reliable, and someone who has the ability to honor commitment;
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Open to candidates with or without prior experience.
  • An ability to grasp clients’ needs and to increase customer engagement;
  • Hands on experience with customer service.
  • Perform own transportation for work travelling purposes.
