Your Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will:

  • Learn and Grow: Participate in structured training and mentorship programmes to develop your skills.
  • Drive Growth: Identify opportunities, generate leads, and close deals with clients across various industries.
  • Build Relationships: Establish long-term partnerships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Contribute: Represent Kazehi Global at events and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Progress in skill and confidence, achieving your first successful deal within the first 90 days.
  • Develop a strong portfolio of clients and contribute to $1 million in revenue growth within your first year.
  • Advance to leadership roles within 18–24 months as part of our talent development programme.

What We’re Looking For

We’re open to candidates with varying levels of experience! You might be:

  • A fresh graduate or someone with up to 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles.
  • A proactive individual eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
  • An experienced professional ready to bring your skills to a dynamic, fast-growing team.
