SOPsJob Brief
We are looking for a proactive and highly ambitious Key Account Manager/ Client Management Specialist/Executive who will handle our client accounts. You will build and maintain a strong relationship with clients, be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, ensure targets for the client are met, and help the client succeed. Reporting to Head of Gateway, as Client Management Specialist/Executive, your responsibilities also include overseeing client accounts, executing campaign plans, maintaining reports, and monitoring solution strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for E-Commerce Channel business strategies and direction
- Familiar with key E-Commerce platform in Singapore and their seller center
- Lead Key Accounts to achieve business strategies
- Develop Key Account Plans & Strategies for appointed accounts
- Effective implementation and execute plans to achieve business objectives and KPIs
- Budget Management/Maximize ROI via strategic planning
- Responsible for making the annual sales & profit target and A&P expenses
- Able to understand market/consumer demands and adapt accordingly
- Build strong rapport with clients to be top of mind for any initiatives
- Lead customer negotiations on commercial strategies
- Platform Marketing knowledge to run advertisement
- Marketplace seller center knowledge is a must
- Strive to push new initiatives to improve all SOPs and processes.
- To support Singapore Team (Working place in Puchong, Malaysia)
Requirements:
- Experience in account management, retail procurement, or project management in the fields of e-commerce advertising will be an added advantage
- Experience with online marketing/ merchandising and or campaign planning is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce/ Business Administration Management/ Marketing/ Finance is preferred
- Fluent and proficient in English language, Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Minimum 2 - 4 years experience in eCommerce Compulsory criteria in eCommerce knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
