Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other documents.
- Support recruitment by coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Assist with payroll, benefits, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Ensure HR practices follow local labor laws, including the Sabah Labour Ordinance.
- Handle HR-related inquiries, meetings, and office supplies.
- Support workplace safety policies and incident reporting.
- Track leave requests and maintain accurate records.
- Organize training sessions and keep training records up to date.
- Draft and manage HR memos, meeting notes, and letters.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies.

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Some experience in an HR or administrative role preferred; fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus.
- Strong accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for effective employee and departmental interaction.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time well, and keep records organized.
- Understanding of basic HR functions, labor laws, and willingness to learn the Sabah Labour Ordinance.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and a positive attitude when assisting the Sr. HR and other team members.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
