Prepare a variety of pastries such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread and etc using our existing and modern recipes.

• Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards.

• Frequent checks on quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.

• Monitor stocks for all baking ingredients such as flour, sugar, etc. and make appropriate orders within budget.

• Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings, etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting.

• Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers.

• Must be a teamplayer and serious in work

• Disciplined and follows procedures accordingly

• Always maintain kitchen cleanliness & communicate with team members

• Able to work on weekends is a must

• Hostel accommodation can be arranged

• Immediate starters an added advantage

• Internships encouraged to apply

1. Great attention to detail and creativity

2. Knowledge of sanitation principles and baking techniques and presentation

3. Working knowledge of baking and pastries

4. At least 1 years of experience in pastry.

5. Able to multi-task and withstand stressful scenarios with minimum supervision.

6. Enjoy baking, creative thinker with fun personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
