- Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of items received against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Sort, label, and store items in the appropriate locations within the warehouse or storage area.
- Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory using our inventory management system.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with physical stock levels.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reorder requests to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Organize and maintain a clean and orderly storage area to facilitate efficient stock retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation and packaging of orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to fulfill stock-related requests.
- Comply with safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any damaged or defective items and work with the procurement team to resolve issues.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
