Job Scope
· Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR & Admin functions and duties.
· Provide clerical and administrative support to superior.
· Prepare monthly staffs’ payroll, calculate overtimes for staff, preparing and distributes pay slips, salary summary, key in SOCSO, EPF and Income Tax payment via online.
· To check staff expenses, claim form, leave application and etc.
· Liaise with authorities on administration related matters.
· Received of communication from external interested parties, and channel to respective internal personnel.
· Perform general administrative job (Purchasing of stationery, cleaning)
· Compiling and update employee record (hard & soft copies)
· Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (Staffing, recruitment, training & etc.)
· Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.
· Conduct internal orientation to newly hired employees.
· Assist to source candidate and update database.
· Any ad-hoc or other duties assigned by superior.
Responsibility & Accountability
· Responsible to maintain and updates employee’s records and filing system.
· Ensure filing of documentations, records and correspondences (Personal files, Leave Application and HR letters) are properly recorded and updated.
· To monitor staffs’ attendance records according to staff movement analysis.
Qualification Required
· Minimum Degree holder with 3-year experience in related industry.
· Understanding of Integrated Management System of ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 standard requirements.
· Computer literate.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
