Job Summary

Key Role & Responsibilities
- Design and engineer solar PV systems for residential installations, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
· Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
· Prepare technical drawings, system layouts, and electrical schematics.
· Oversee and manage the installation and commissioning of solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
· Work closely with procurement to specify and select appropriate solar equipment and materials.
· Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support during the pre-sales process, including customer consultations and proposal development.
· Ensure all installations adhere to Malaysian Grid-Connected PV regulations and safety standards.
· Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of installed systems, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in solar technology to improve performance and efficiency.
· Provide after-sales technical support, including customer training on system operation and maintenance.
· Address any post-installation issues and offer solutions to enhance system performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must have a GCPV Certificate issued by SEDA.
- At least 2 to 3 years of technical experience in the residential solar industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma, preferably in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field
- Proficient in preparing system-related documents using software tools such as Helioscope, PVsyst, and Microsoft 365.
- Comprehensive knowledge of solar PV systems and their components.
- Experienced in dealing with government, government-linked companies, and private companies.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal).
- Able to work independently, demonstrate good interpersonal skills, and be a proactive team player.
- Technical sales background is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to start immediately or on short notice is highly preferred.
Work Arrangements
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

Salary Package
Salary Range: MYR 4,000 – MYR 6,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
