"What would my job scope be?"
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and through various channels (phone, email, text, etc.), with a focus on resolving complex and escalated customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that they feel heard and valued
- Analyze customer service data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and work with other departments to implement new processes and procedures that enhance the overall customer experience and drive business growth
- Develop and implement customer service training programs for junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their success
- Ensure the timely resolution of service tickets, and proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Participate in meetings and projects as assigned, providing leadership and expertise on customer service matters
- Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and reports as required
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times, embodying our values and commitment to customer service excellence
- Complete any assigned ad-hoc tasks
"What are the requirements to apply?"
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Psychology or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, with a focus on home appliances / consumer electronics or related industries preferred
- Must respond to calls and messages rapidly
- Must possess excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English
- Must have good customer service and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, empathy, patience and immaculate manners
- Must have the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Must have a track record of delivering high-quality service and results
- Must possess good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive)
- Must maintain a high degree of integrity and confidentiality

Monday-Friday (9:30am-6:30pm), Saturday (9:30am-1:00pm)

T01 & T02, 3rd Floor, Atria Shopping Gallery, Jalan SS 22/23, Damansara Jaya, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Note: Salary offered to the ideal candidate will be based on candidate's past experiences, skills and potential contributions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
