Process Engineer - Plastic Injection Molding - Manufacturing - Ulu Tiram

Job Function:

• Develop and install all new injection molding equipment's and document all implementation processes for all molded products.
• Prepare all specifications of all plastic processes and execute all gages to maintain optimal quality and assist to design all control plans.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establishing controlling and improving existing injection molding,decorating and molding processes and their effective transfer trough the 24 hour operation.
• Managing new mold and mold change sampling including all documentation.Validating process development efforts and interaction with part quality. Feedback to program engineering for follow-up as necessary.
• Quality engineering studies as necessary to respond to internal or external part or process non-conformities.
• Communicating closely with management team members regarding all aspects of process control.
• Help and coach shift foreperson on process control and troubleshooting.
• Adhering to quality system requirement and a focus on continuous improvement in relationship to our process set-ups and their maintenance.

Competency:

Education:

• Diploma and above

Skills:

• Molding machine troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Basic computing skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Experience:

• Minimum 2-year experience in a manufacturing environment or similar environment at a engineer level.
• For those do not have an academic qualification, minimum 5 years working experience is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
