We are looking for:
Senior Quality Manager
Industry:EMS
Location:Kulai, Johor
Job Description:
- Serve as QMR for ISO 13485 compliance.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Lead QA team to meet regulatory, customer, and internal quality standards.
- Enhance inspection protocols for materials, in-process, and finished goods.
- Drive continuous improvement based on audits, customer feedback, and corrective actions.
- Approve quality system documents and manage nonconformities/CAPAs.
- Resolve internal and external customer complaints.
- Collaborate with engineering and procurement on supplier quality management.
- Conduct internal audits and participate in management reviews.
- Provide training and promote quality awareness organization-wide.
- Ensure compliance with customer and external audits.
- Shift focus from inspection to design and process quality assurance.
- Maintain document control and support global customer quality requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Serve as QMR for ISO 13485 compliance and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Lead the QA team to ensure products meet regulatory and customer requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement, manage CAPAs, and resolve nonconformities.
- Collaborate with engineering and procurement on supplier quality.
- Conduct internal audits, provide training, and ensure compliance with audits.
- Oversee document control and support global customer quality needs.
