As an Admin Executive, your role is vital in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the organization by managing administrative, accounting, HR, and project coordination tasks. Your responsibilities include:
- Administrative Support: Perform data entry, maintain and organize both physical and digital records, and oversee company documentation and filing systems.
- Reporting & Coordination: Prepare timely monthly sales performance reports, business updates, and invoices while coordinating with departments to ensure accurate submissions and smooth workflows.
- Office & Asset Management: Manage office supplies, coordinate maintenance of office equipment, and maintain an inventory of company assets, ensuring proper documentation and control.
- HR & Payroll: Process monthly payroll, prepare statutory submissions (EPF/SOCSO/PCB), and manage employee records, contracts, and leave tracking.
- Client & Partner Engagement: Liaise with clients and partners throughout project lifecycles, from proposals to completion, ensuring excellent communication and relationship-building.
- Project Assistance: Support project managers by monitoring milestones, maintaining timelines, and coordinating stakeholder deliverables.
- Travel & Events: Assist in planning travel arrangements, company events, and team-building activities.
- IT Coordination: Manage IT-related requirements, ensuring compliance with software licensing and maintaining proper controls.
- Communication: Facilitate internal and external communications, ensuring all stakeholders are updated on schedules, scopes, and deliverables.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on deliverables before reviews or handovers to maintain high standards.

Skills Requirements:
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and methodical.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint/Google Slides, Microsoft Word/Google Docs, and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Possess strong initiative, self-motivation, and effective time management skills.
- Demonstrates excellent relationship-building, client management, and teamwork capabilities; goal-driven, resilient, and eager to learn and expand knowledge.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience is required.
