We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Admin to support our team in various administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Update customer payment records and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing information and support as needed.
- Remind customers of upcoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- STPM or degree; additional qualifications in Tourism are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
