Starter/Marshal (Golfing)

Starters and Marhsals are responsible for the orderly and timely movement of tee times, controlling the pace of play, and ensuring the golf course policies and dress code are followed in addition to providing guests high quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Interacts with golfers in a friendly, helpful manner.

• Responsible for informing players of course conditions and local rules.

• Keep tee times moving on time and in an orderly manner.

• Responsible for maintaining a reasonable pace of play on the golf course.

• Tracks players and speed of play.

• Communicate with Marshals on the course any potential pace of play problems.

• Remain open and positive in communication with guests.

• Keep track of golf carts and rental equipment.

• Follows policies and procedures.

• Responsible for Tournament staging, set up and take down.

• Any additional tasks assigned by a manager and/or supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
