We are an emerging Window Coverings Manufacturer located in Puchong, Selangor. The company has been around for about 30 years now and we are still actively in both commercial and residential segments in Malaysia. We manufacture all sorts of window coverings and sun shading products like roller blinds, timber venetian blinds, vertical blinds, zebra blinds and etc. We are involved heavily in the interior design industry, always assisting our clients to ensure they have the best and available options for their sun shading matters.
Job Description:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
- perform data entry and scan documents.
- Manage calendar for immediate superior.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems especially on customers needs.
- Run company’s errands.
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for immediate superior.
- Maintain office supplies for department.
- Simple understanding on manufacturing concepts
Requirements:
- The candidates must possessed at least SPM/VEC/STPM/Diploma
- Preferred in Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design/Business Administration.
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin(would be a plus).
- Fresh Graduates that are in Business,Architecture and Interior Design are encourage to apply.
- Hard working, detail minded, self-initiative, pleasant and good communication skill.
- Possess own transport.
- Can start in short notice period/ Immediately
