Duties
- Act as a personal assistant to senior management, handling correspondence and scheduling

- Manage office operations including supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize DocuSign for document management and processing
- Coordinate projects and events, ensuring all logistics are well-organized
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Manage calendars and appointments efficiently
Skills
- Proficient in office management tasks

- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar software
