Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with group’s key clients.

- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

2. Account Planning and Sales Support:

- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Conduct regular account reviews and collaborate with sales team to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.

- Assist in sourcing and preparation of quotation for clients.

3. Project Management:

- Oversee the execution of projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.

- Coordinate with internal teams to align on client requirements and expectations.

- Track account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

- Analyze client feedback and spending transactions to make informed strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales, customer service or any related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bandar Baru Bangi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
