Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the implementation and rollout of electronic invoicing system to streamline billing processes.

2. Communicate with customers/suppliers to ensure completeness and accuracy of information for e-invoice.

3. Assist in maintaining and updating accounting records/information on SAP system.

4. Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

1. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

2. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.

3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Knowledge of the SAP system will be an added advantage).

5. Highly accurate and detail oriented.
