Telemarketer

Job Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for generating leads and sales by contacting potential customers over the phone, communicating with potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting products or services.

Job Description:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Identify and qualify potential leads.
• Present product or service information in a compelling way.
• Handle objections and address customer concerns.
• Answer incoming calls from potential customers.
• Provide product or service information.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Schedule appointments or follow-up calls.
• Close sales and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Upsell and cross-sell products or services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Update customer information in the CRM system/excel sheet.
• Generate sales reports and other relevant documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least an SPM.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle rejections.
• Persuasive communication style.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Good command of English; candidates who can converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
